The Multi-Lite Pendant - Chrome brings Louis Weisdorf's celebrated 1972 lighting design into a refined finish combination suited for dining rooms, kitchens, living spaces, bedrooms, and hospitality interiors. Built around two opposing movable shades, the fixture allows the light to be directed upward, downward, or asymmetrically, giving the pendant a flexible presence that can shift from functional task lighting to atmospheric sculpture.

Weisdorf designed the Multi-Lite as an exception to his own practice of working with repeated modular forms. Instead, the pendant explores movement and diversity through two concentric cylinders, a surrounding metal ring, and rotating quarter-sphere shades. GUBI's reissue preserves this inventive Danish construction while emphasizing the contrast between a polished Chrome base and softly finished shade options.

This US version includes Chrome base detailing with either White Semi Matt or Black Semi Matt shades. Its versatile scale works well as a single pendant over a table or in multiples above counters and islands, and the adjustable shade geometry makes it suitable for both residential and contract interiors.
